Richard Scott

Richard is the Senior Partner and owner of the firm. Richard ensures the firm is run as it should be and makes sure our clients are given the highest standard of service.

Richard specialises in Commercial Property transactions and Agricultural Property sales and purchases.

Richard qualified as a Solicitor in 1999, graduating university with a BA Hons and a Diploma in Law. Richard then went on to do his LPC and now enjoys the benefit of over twenty years legal experience in his chosen fields, combined with a genuine desire to provide the best service to his clients. In addition, Richard continues to modernise and transform the firm in these unprecedented challenging times with both experience, determination, and good humour. Richard and Katharine are well supported by a great legal and administrative team.
